It is no problem at all to return this to us, as long as this is within 30 days of purchase and as long as the tags and original packaging (however, if the tags have fallen off please include these) are enclosed you can return your item for either a refund or exchange. Please return them to us at: Unit 5 Celtic Trade Park Bruce Road SWANSEA SA5 4EP Please include the sticker/invoice that came with the parcel and state if you require an exchange or refund. If you require an exchange please state what size you require so we can action this for you once the item/s arrive back. **Please do not stick the sticker invoice to the plastic bag containing the product/s, please include without removing the plastic back and add this in the same way you received this** The customer covers the return cost but if you send the whole order back for a refund you will receive a full refund on the original order or if you have an exchange we will send the new size out to you free of charge.
